To determine the measurements of your wall, you should measure the maximum height of the wall, disregarding any skirting or ceiling moulding. Additionally, measure the entire width of the wall, including the measurements of any doors or windows present.
What is the preparation required for applying wallpaper to a wall? To ensure a successful wallpaper application, the wall must be smooth and free of any imperfections. It is not recommended to apply wallpaper on certain surfaces such as face brick, outdoor walls, plastic, metal, melamine, door frames, or glass. The wall must be skimmed, primed, and painted before wallpaper can be applied. We will not be liable for wallpaper applied to imperfect surfaces. Our wallpaper does not come in rolls like traditional fabric shop wallpaper, but rather in panels or one long piece for seamless application. It is important to ensure that your installer is familiar with the installation process, as standard wallpaper panels require a 20mm overlap that must be cut away to achieve a butt join.
It is possible to utilise wallpaper in a bathroom that is susceptible to humidity. Our Seamless UV printed wallpaper product is ideal for such environments.
Regarding windows and doors in the wall you wish to wallpaper, they should not pose any issues. Our printing process involves covering the entire wall, including any windows or doors, as if they do not exist. However, for recessed areas (such as windows that are set back, doorways, or areas where you would like us to fold the wallpaper), there are some considerations to keep in mind. Specifically, you can only tuck the wallpaper into the top and bottom OR the left and right, as there is not enough wallpaper to do both. Furthermore, even if enough wallpaper is available, there may be a mismatch of design in the corners. As a result, we recommend one of the following options: A) choose top/bottom or left/right, B) accept the slight mismatch in the corners, or C) avoid tucking any wallpaper and use a beading to frame the recessed area, which will create a lovely finished look.
What is the duration between placing an order and delivery/installation, after receiving a deposit, we typically require 2 weeks production lead time (for existing designs and custom designs) Artwork proof will be sent for approval prior to printing.

To measure your surface area measure from floor to ceiling-height and width of the wall surface to calculate the square meterage required. Digital layout will be sent for your approval prior to printing the final design.
